We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your Muscle Matrix product, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
 

Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at jbeard@musclematrixrelief.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA number).


Package Your Return: Carefully package the product, ensuring it's in its original condition with all original packaging and accessories.


Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please include the RA number on the package.
 

Track Your Return: Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.


Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.


Exceptions to Return Policy

Products that are used or damaged cannot be returned.

Products that are opened or tampered with cannot be returned.

Products that are purchased on sale or as part of a promotion may have specific return restrictions.
